Imad Yekken

Imad Yekken is a corporate advisor and dealmaker, specializing in deal structuring, fundraising, and strategic growth. He is a partner at DealFox, a Luxembourg based M&A advisory firm supporting institutional funds, family offices, and private investors on capital allocation and complex transactions across global markets.
Imad has advised founders, corporates, and investors on M&A, business model optimization, and investor readiness, helping ventures unlock funding and scale strategically. Earlier in his career, he worked at Accenture, where he led large-cap transactional and transformation projects across Luxembourg, the UK, Belgium, and France.
Alongside his advisory work, Imad is a seminar lecturer at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and an international speaker at several business and investment conventions, where he shares practical insights from real-world dealmaking with entrepreneurs, executives, and investors.
